Diamond Auto Spa Detailing LLC ("Diamond Auto Spa," "we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing in Lake County and Central Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our online booking and quote tools, and our text messages and emails, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile phone number and email address.
- Service details: the address where your vehicle will be, your vehicle, the services and add-ons you choose, your appointment date and time, notes you send us, and quotes and prices.
- Photos: before and after photos of your vehicle that we take while we work.
- Messages: the texts and emails we send you about your appointment, and your replies.
- Website use: basic, anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, general location).
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about and perform your detailing service.
- To send appointment texts and emails: booking confirmations, reminders, "on the way" updates with arrival times, "service complete" notices with your total and photos, and a thank-you with a link to leave a review.
- To send an occasional reminder when it's been a while since your last detail. Every one of these includes a way to opt out.
- To take payment and keep records of the work we did.
- To improve our website and services.
Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
You agree to receive texts when you check the consent box on our booking page or quote form, or when you ask us to text you. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Texting and email delivery (such as Twilio and Google Gmail) to send your appointment messages.
- Hosting (Railway) to run our website and scheduling system.
- Payments (such as Square) to process your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Maps (OpenStreetMap) to plan our route to your address.
We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Photos
Before and after photos document our work and are shared with you through a private link. We may also show photos of our work on our website and social media, but never your name, address or license plate. If you'd rather we not post your vehicle, just tell us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed for our records, taxes and warranties. Ask us any time and we'll delete your information, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Stop emails: use the opt-out link in the email, or reply and ask.
- See, correct or delete your information: call, text or email us.
Security
Your information is stored in a password-protected system that only our team can access, and our website uses an encrypted (https) connection.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
